I just bought a house recently with an on demand gas water heater. It was pretty old and I needed to get a new one. I called a few plumbers and Ritchie the owner responded very quickly. Even though he was pretty busy he worked me into his schedule, came out a couple days later and installed a new one and did a great job at a fair price.
